Rubber masterbatch TMTM-80

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered TMTM, Actmix® TMTM-80GE F500 has the following advantages:
All raw material TMTM with a particle size of 100μm has been sieved, and no dust will fly when processed into masterbatch,
which will not cause skin irritation and protect the health of operators;
Masterbatch TMTM-80 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of TMTM;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of TMTM in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reduces scrap rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N stands for using NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier, A stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as carrier, F500 stands for filtration and mesh micron number.
